A little about me
While I am a proud solopreneur weathering the tumultuous journey of entrepreneurship, I am also someone who is always open to new adventures, new experiences, and new opportunities.
If you are in need of a talented, ambitious, initiative-driven developer who isn't afraid of taking ownership and getting uncomfortable, then I'm your guy! I am wonderfully obsessed with data engineering and fullstack software development and experience a genuine personal thrill over shipping applications and data artifacts to end users.
I understand Business
Moreover, since I have several years of experience being a solopreneur and bootstrapped startup founder, I bring something extremely valuable to the table that many other devs lack: business skills.
I love the art and craft of software development and data engineering as much as (probably moreso than) the next person, but I also understand that we live in the real world here. There are expectations to meet, applications to ship, business value to deliver. I personally understand the hard choices that come with running a business and the strenuous tug-of-war that business leaders find themselves in.
You need excellent software, crafted by a self-sufficient developer you don't have to babysit, within a reasonable time frame, and built with common sense so that if he gets hit by a bus, you can find someone to replace him and keep going on your merry way.
My dev skills
Considering that I'm building a full-blown job orchestrator for C# completely solo, I think it goes without saying that I'm an expert in C#/dotnet. I started my career in T-SQL and SQL Server database design, learned Power BI and data analytics, then C# soon after, then naturally progressed into more technically-demanding data engineering, and now I've fully blossomed into a fullstack software developer.
I regularly build a plethora of applications with C#, such as web APIs, desktop apps, console applications, and customer-facing CLIs. I am also well-versed in VueJS, Nuxt, Tailwind CSS, and some React for frontend development (I am a fullstack dev after all).
My shipping ethos
In software development projects, I am a big fan of shipping an entire feature from start to finish, backend to frontend, including documentation. Like I mentioned above, I am about taking ownership of what I craft.
When the customer is happy, I'm happy.
